How does the Crag Mountain Jacket compare to the Snowline and North Face's Apex Bionic jackets? I live in Washington DC and am looking for a three season Jacket that is light, but can keep me warm on colder days/nights. Which of the three would be best?

The Crag Mountain is wind proof and water resistant. This is a great everyday piece and layering piece for the colder days. It is interchange capable so can attach to any Titanium shell.
