I have lost the key for my thule bike rack. Its the hitchmount model that swings out. Is there a master key? Do I need to go to a locksmith?

I can't believe no one has answered your question. There is no master key. All you need is the number (N###) from the lock core to order new keys. Contact Rack Attack at 1-888-399-7225 for help
