Out of the box, what's the assembly status on this bike?...

Out of the box, what's the assembly status on this bike? Is it as if it were shipped from Santa Cruz, meaning all you need to do is install the fork, adjust cables and you're good? Or, do I have to install the headset, bottom-bracket, derailleurs, run cables, etc.?

All you have to do is install the front wheel. Everything else is ready to ride.
