Is this hard to install? I have factory (Subaru Forester) racks....

Is this hard to install? I have factory (Subaru Forester) racks. I have the Thule glide system which are great (except one of the pads came off after two years) and my Subaru racks have worked just fine. I don't want to make rack changes if I don't have to. Thanks for your help with this!

Simple to install. Might take two people to line up but I did it myself
