What is the manufacturers warranty for this headlamp? Is it lifetime guarantee like some of the Princeton's? Will they replace it free of charge if something is defective such as the battery casing problems? Thanks.

I have beat the crap outta this light, you wont break it. The only thing I would caution you about is to keep the red lens over the leds, I'm not sure if this is really necessary, but I do it anyway.

It's a 3-year, and they will replace it for free, but it doesn't really matter. If you buy from Backcountry and it breaks in 25 years, you'll still be able to return it.
