I saw the purple one at the store and I didn't like the color it was a dark weird looking purple._________________________________________________ I just bought the igneous purple color in this coat and the purple IS dark, but I would say it is more of a dark plum color as opposed to in the picture it looks more like dark grape. REI has a better deption of the color at http://www.rei.com/product/686773, but of course it's way cheaper here! I personally love the color!
