I am looking at a car top carrier, the Thule Caravan appears to fit my needs. Is there a way to lock it to my Tahoe? I see that you have something called Sea to Summit lockable tie downs, would this be something I could use to lock the thing to the top of my Tahoe? Any other suggestions?

Yes Bill you can even get key locks to lock it down. It will be a very wise investment.
