not even close. i am a straight up 11. i got a 42 in marcelle( 3 pairs now), 43 in professional closed back( 9 pairs). they fit fine. you would need a 43 for sure, which are available, but hard to find.

Size 42 EU will fit approximately 11 to 12 US womens. I wear between 11 and 12, and I have these in size 42 EU and they fit perfectly for me (even with the slide up and down motion everyone mentions in the heel). Take it for what it's worth. They run slightly large. You would want a 42.0
