I am a low intermediate, middle-aged, female skier. My legs hurt too much when I ski and I think I need easier, more comfortable, less rigid boots. I bought my current boots in Austria and I don't think they understood how limited my abilities are. What would you recommend?

Not this boot. You should talk to the gear experts using the chat feature, or go to a ski shop. Everyone's foot is different and you need to look at more than just the ability of the boot. Foot shape and width must also be taken into consideration. If your boots fit nicely, I recommend taking them to a good bootfitter. They can cut away some of the plastic inside, making it softer flexing.
