Hi. I usually buy a small. However, your sizing chart for shirts and jackets suggest that I should order a medium. I will probably want to wear this with a turtleneck or light sweater and do not wan the jacket to be tight but also not very roomy. Do you have garment dimensions for chest, waist and hip rather than the average dimensions on your chart?

Follow the sizing chart. This jacket runs a little small anyway and if you are trying to layer under it, the small is going to be VERY tight if you are not the right measurements for it.
