Does this run true to size? IS it roomy or snug? I usually wear a 2 or a 4, but my hips are wider (36) and sometimes an XS is too snug in the hips. Also, I am trying to decide between this and a norhtface down jacket. I like cozy and warm for the slopes and around town. Is this more stiff fabrc?

If you want a warm cozy jacket, this is not for you, bcz it's not warm enough by itself, you have to put layer under. Also it's kinda heavy only compact when folded. I don't like it, so just returned yesterday. Down is warm, but make me look fat. So I consider a Primaloft one. I also got a Siphon Jacket in Backcountry, the site says 100% wool, but it's only 40% wool. However, I like it bcz it looks good but still not warm enough. I got the XS and it fit just great, if I want layer under, I should get the S. By the way, just add more info to you, I ware 34 bra and size 2 pants. It has the adjustable string on the hip area to keep body heat inside.
