I've read that the sole starts to come apart on these after moderate use. Has anyone experienced this? Also, how is the width on these shoes? Is it similar to the Blur? Has anyone tried the Wide width? Thanks.

I've bought 2 pairs and the sole is detaching from the heal on one pair after about 30 miles of trail running. Kinda disappointing. Other than that, they are the best trail shoe I've owned.

I've experienced nothing of the sort with the Velocity VST, however, i still prefer the regular velocity model. The width of the blur is slightly greater than that of the velocity VST. I can't speak from experience on the "wide" width, however, i have heard it accomodates well (sorry i don't have any specifics)
