Is the hip circumference of this bag really only 28 in? That seems a bit small. Also, is the latest version of this bag still a half-zip? And if so, how far does the zip go down?

Hi there June! Sorry about the late response but I was just reading over and thought I'd still try and help. It appears to be a typo on bc's list as the manufacturers site says 147cm which is roughly 58 inches in circumference(regular)for the hips. All of the 2008 models now have a full zip and the half zip is no longer offered. Happy trails :)
