Can anyone shed some light on the stiffness of the ski and its edge hold on some firmer N'Eastern groomers? I know these aren't ideal conditions for the ski, but just curious as to how they hold up if put in the conditions...Thanks.

I've skied the 94s in the east, and they do fine on everything short of hardpack/ice. As long as the snow is edgeable, they will rip on groomers. Surprisingly, I find the Watea 94 to be better on groomers than the narrower Watea 84. The 94 has a bit more heft and beef to it, and I think this makes it behave better when the snow firms up.The 94 is among my all time favorite skis, and I demo/buy at least 3-4 new skis every season. Been skiing the 94s east and west for two years now.
