The size chart seems wrong. The large is smaller than the medium. Is this correct or a typo?

If you look at all of them, you'll notice there's a fair bit of overlap between sizes to accommodate extra layers etc. Pick the one you fit closest to the middle of. And remember to measure your true waist, not where your pants go. Harnesses are supposed to sit high.
