Will these standard cables work on my road brakes? Is this front and rear cables and housings?

Actually no, I just got the standard set, and the cables don't have the endings for road levers; they'll only work with MTB brake levers. If you want road brake cables, you'll have to go with the "Dura-Ace", not "Standard".

Yes, these will fit most brakes, front and rear.
