I am considering purchasing the Volkl Aura Alpine ski but I'm not sure on the size I should get. I'm 5'9", 130 lbs, advanced skier and like mainly the powder and trees. But I also enjoy a fresh groomed run or soft big bumps. Any suggestions on size?

You need AT LEAST the 163, if not the 170. I am 5'6.5" 115lbs and I ski the 163. They ski short.

I weigh the same and just demoed these skis in 156 on both tele & alpine. I loved them skiing bumps. I think that length would be fun in trees as well. Powder I do wonder if longer might be better. Everyone I talk to says that length is good for the ~130 pounder. They are fat, so maybe that would add flotation to make up for the shorter length?
