I weigh 157 pounds and have a 34 inch inseam. I want to use these for warmth and support for downhill skiing. What size should I buy and are they the right tight for skiing?

You fall into the medium category:http://cw-x.com/gr/products/womens/pu_size_chart/index.htmBut just to let you know, these tights are TIGHT. I'm 5'6" and 135-140lbs and I have the mediums and it's a struggle to get them on, but once you do, they are worth it. As for wearing them skiing, depends on how cold you get and whether or not your snow pants are insulated. CW-X also has the Insulator tight that is designed for cold weather use that I use for snowboarding.
