How would this pack do for summer hiking? I really want to get this pack as I am an avid hiker and snowboarder. It looks like the perfect size and everything for me, but I am not sure how well it will work in the summer. I would be hiking overnight in 90-105 degree weather.

For summer hiking try the Osprey Atmos series. The pack actually sits off of your back, supported by a mesh panel that lets air through across your back.

You should be fine for both. It's doesn't have huge amounts of ventilation on the shoulder straps or back like a true summer pack but in my opinion you'd be just fine!
