My girlfriend wears size 5.5 shoes, but her feet are pretty wide and she has high arches. She has some Burton boots right now that she hates ... We were going to try the 23 ... How do you think this boot will work with her high arches/wide feet/heel?Thanks.

A wider boot would be better, which the kiana is, and you can always add a footbed.
