Can someone explain the "mesh construction" mentioned in the description? Is it just a partial panel on the inside of the chest or what? (A photo would be helpful.)

It's just a really lightweight fabric that lets a lot of air through. There is no interior panel, and the seam across the chest/ribcage seems to be just a (weird and unflattering) design element. When I think of mesh, I think of holes in the shirt where you can see skin, and this shirt is not like that. You can't see through it.
