I wear a 44.5 in la sportiva climbing shows (nago xs) and they fit perfict for rock climbing, but i wear a 12.5 in skate shoes (supras, es, lakai) and the arn't lose at all in the toe. so are my climbing shoes just fit differently or do las sportivas run al little longer. note: my feet are long and skinny

Hello,The answer is a little of both. Most climbers are going to wear a smaller shoe size to get a tighter fit. Combine that with a lot of skate shoes run a little small because of the additional padding. I'm guessing in most running, casual, and boots you are somewhere in between the two sizes. Sportiva tends to work well for feet that are medium/narrow. Mahalo, Sumo
