Ok, so I'm a 6foot 4inch 170lbs guy who usually needs a medium in the body, and a large for sleeve length. I alternate between drowning inside large shirts and having sleeves that end at my elbow in mediums. how does this shirt run? What size would people advise I get?

If you want merino wool, check out Ibex. They tend to run long and tall. I'm short, so I avoid them. I read where a 5'10" thin guy said their small fit him well and have confirmed the length/height with backcountry. cheers
