Does this jacket run small? It almost looks fitted, unlike other shells.

I have not heard that it runs small. It is a 3 in 1 jacket meaning that it comes with a shell, a liner, and then with both combined. Because of the layering it is cut a little bit more generously but is still shapely enough to provide a good fit. Hope this helps!
