does this price include the fly on top and your tent info says 9 poles and the tech specs say two. Can you clarify. I'm trying to put together a package. thanks

It has 9 poles...6 verticals and 3 horizontals...I got confused a bit cuz of dome tents I had in the past...with a dome tent, you can have a pole (fiberglass) running from one corner, up and over and down into another corner...this counts as one pole...with the 1310, the pole is not continous...the vertical pole stops at the eave and a different pole run across the roof...the "2" that you mention refers to types of poles, one type of pole for vertical and the other type of pole for horizontal..

yes, it definitely comes with the rain fly.It's not much of a fly but it does cover the top part of the tent.
