Do these boots run small? I typically wear 7.5 womens or 38 and these boots are size 8. Would they work for me?Thank you!

They run basically true to size. I'd suggest ordering the size you tend to wear in any closed-toe shoe. A size 8 may be fine, especially if you plan to wear thicker socks w/ the boots.
