Hi,Trying to buy a pair of Dynafit skins for a new (but 07/08 model) FT10 118/88/110 - 178 length. Will these work?

These skins are specifically cut for the Manaslu ski. You could buy these and cut them to fit the FT10, but Dynafit makes speedskins pre-cut for the FT10 as well.
