I have a size 12.5 foot and was wondering about whether or not toe over hang would be an issue for a Ride timeless 164. I know the general rule is 12 and up should go wide but being 6'4 190 I am not sure what would be my best option.

With a waist width of 25.2 on the 164 you're very likely to encounter heel/toe drag. Look for a board with a waist width of at least 26.0 and you'll be much happier with your ride.
