I use these for a Rome board and the padded 3 screw plate doesn't fit. Does Burton or will Burton make the 4 screw plate with padding?Side note: I rode them for the first time this past weekend and response, feel, and comfort are amazing!

They should come with the 4 hole disc as well. If they did not come with the bindings then just call Burton Customer Service and they will ship you the right plates for free.
