I want to get these for my hubby, but some pants are too long.He would wear a medium, but if the pant leg comes below his boot (or snowshoe, the main intended use) it will get abraded.A 30" inseam is good-- or if they could be hemmed if longer--but with a full zip, that seems unlikely.How do you think they'll fit?
