Im not sure if i need the insulators or the regular perfomance tights, where i live the coldest it usually gets is 40-50 degrees I just need something that will keep my more warm than shorts! which one should i get?

I wore the regular cw-x tights by itself in 40 something weather and my legs were frozen. So, if you don't want to wear more than 1 layer on the legs, get the insulator; otherwise, get the regular and you can always layer another pair of pants on the top.
