My son is 5'11 1/2 and weighs about 172. He is only 15 and a swimmer so he is muscular but lean. Is not as meaty in places older guys are in other words...what size would he wear? Medium?? I would like it to last a little while too cuz he isnt finished growing.

I am 5'10 and weigh about 175. My chest is 42.5". I selected large, because medium was tight under arm pit. I hope it would be helpful for you.
