I rec'd the Arcteryx Stingray Pant for Christmas. They are very thin and lite weight. What do I layer them with? Will my long underwear due?

For colder days, the Rho AR bottom (reg length or boot cut) is the ultimate. It's got a smooth face fabric so it won't bind against the fleece in your Stingray pants; for warmer days, I'd go with the Rho LT or LTW (merino wool). And for the really bitter days, wear both and you'll be out all day.

You can use long underwear, there are many different weights to keep you warm. If you are still getting cold I recommend a fleece layer, if you don't want the bulk Cloudveil has a pair of fleece shorts. I think they are called the ultimate boxer short.
