I just ordered this pack and am assuming from the picture that there is not straps at the bottom any recommendations on how to attach a sleeping pad to this pack?thanks Cameron

Put it inside.Their are 4 loops at the bottom. With additinal straps you can attach a sleep pad to the bottom, or to the 2 side compression straps. The loops at the bottom are small in diameter so you will have to use thin straps or small bungees.
