I am considering this Approach jacket. I am 6'3'' and pretty slim, should I go with the large or xlarge?

I'm 6'4" and have the XL, I weigh around 190, I think the Large might work for you if you don't have ape arms.

Xl because like you, this jacket is slim-fitting, you will gain torso length and sleeve length with that size.
