Well, not a problem if you have to take it off either, some lifties will actually make you take your pack off. 21 x 12 x 7". Pack weighs 3 lbs.

Depends on what you have in it. Most places make you take it off, which isn't a big deal to me since I am usually accessing my camera on the ride up.

I have ridden chair lifts with a pack much the same size, sometimes they don't care and sometimes I have to hold the pack besides me. Your mileage will vary.
