uh...really not what they're meant for. these bad boys are basically just (huge, warm) mittens for your feet. you can find (much thinner) overboots for nordic boots, though backcountry doesn't carry any. perhaps try a specialty ski shop?-----------------------Just to add to the above answer... these are designed for high altitude mountaineering to wear over your climbing boots. Definitely not for cross country skiing. Thanks!
