I ride regular on my snowboard. When riding regular my right toe strap will become loose every now and then. The bindings are a Large my boot size is a 11. The toe strap is in the middle of the adjustments. Is this just an adjustment issue or is something more going on with my triads?

Just an adjustment issue. I would move the strap out farther so you can crank it down better. They it will stay nice and snug.
