Normally I wear a Sm-Med in gym tees. I read the review that the Med fits snug so I'm wondering what size to get. I have a 32 band size. Is this a short top?

This top is not short. I would consider it average length. You should fit the medium well, especially if you're sm-med in gym tees. It's a great top and very flattering!
