Is this pack waterproof? And if not, does it include a rain cover like some of the other North Face packs?

This pack does not come with a rain cover. The fabric is 420D ripstop nylon though, and ripstop nylon is actually very water resistant. So, while the pack isn't waterproof, it will hold up just fine in everything except a torrential downpour. In said rainstorm, the inside may get damp or even wet.
