What's the sizing like?Is it "true to size" or must size up or down, especially if one wears 1/2 size as in 11 1/2 Mens?

These run pretty true to size. If you're in an 11 1/2 I'd recommend to bump up to a 12. A little extra room in these boots is not a bad thing to have.
