Hi, can I use my old burton cartel bindings with the mounting.Also, is it possible to buy one of these sweet boards and pick it up in Salt Lake at the start of march?

Your bindings should work fine, if not a local shop can sell you some discs to make it fit. To get it in SLC, Backcountry doesn't allow warehouse pickup anymore, but you could overnight it to your hotel or where ever you're staying. Or buy it at REI and have them deliver it to the SLC store.
