I have a very wide foot and a very high arch so i have to wear custom made orthotic so I was wonder can these boot acomadate this for me

Keens are great for women with wide feet. I swear by them - very roomy toe box.

Absolutely! They're not bad for orthotics and they're also very good if you've got wide feet so you should be good to go!
