I am 5'10" , big in shoulders and neck, chest 40.5..........but I also do not like it too baggy...should I get a Medium or Large...tough question, I know ..........Fred

I would go with a Large. Ibex bottoms seem to be just a hair on the large size but the tops always fit true to size for me. Last thing you'll want is restriction in the upstairs.
