Two questions... The first is, is the logo on the black one black or white. On the North Face website it's white but on others its black. Also, I've read that it's a snug fit. I have the Fuji Peak Full zip in a medium and I wore a long john shirt and a polo under it and still had some room. Should I order a medium in this?

The logo on this is light grey. You would want to order a large so you can have room to move under all those layers.
