How wind resistant are these? I'm looking for a pair of pants to use on cold weather runs and ski trips but also to fit under my perforated motorcycle leathers on winter/cold days, so wind resistance is key.

Not at all.--They do block a little wind. And they are fantastic for runs, though maybe not the bike? It is a fantastic base and you can't beat the price.
