They acrually run long. I am 5'8" wearing mediums and they are long, I end up rolling the waist a bit.I agree that they run long. The sizing chart says 31.5 but I'd say closer to 34. I'm 5'10"/150lbs and tried on the mediums in this pant. They were perhaps a little more form fitting than ideal and were just touching the floor while I was barefoot. If they had had a large I would have tried that. I also tried on the GT280 Rapid pants in large but I needed a medium and they were way too long for a tights-style. I ended up buying the 340 Lily pants in large. I found the heavier weight more flattering, they were just touching the floor and they didn't have the reflective branding that the Quantum has.
