can you explain to me the difference (weight, warmth, etc) between down fill 650 and 750. which is warmer and which weights less. thanks

Down is warm because it traps a lot of air as insulation, it's not the material of the feathers themselves. The fill number is a measure of inverse density, specifically cubic inches per ounce. That means that one ounce of 650 will fill 650 cubic inches, whereas the same weight of 750 will fill another 100 cubic inches. So the higher the number, the more loft you get for a given weight and thus the more warmth. Really the total amount of down (puffiness) is more important.
