Please explain "Girth" and clarify "length" when choosing a men's glove size so I can order the proper size on the first attempt.Thanks.

Girth is around the hand at the widest point, not including the thumb (so around your knuckles when your hands are not clenched). Length is from the wrist to the tip of the middle finger.
