I'm typically a size ten shoe and a size 7 1/2 in the Miura's fits great.

The Miuras seem to run a bit larger than a lot of shoes. I wear a size 9 street shoe, and my 6.5 Miuras fit perfectly. Just the right amount of tightness in the toes - slightly uncomfortable to walk around in, but great while climbing. I didn't account for as much stretch as usual because these fit so well out of the box. If you like your shoes *very* tight, you might go down another half-size, but it's probably not necessary.

I usaully get my climbing shoes 1 full size smaller than my street shoes, they will feel a little tight in the toes a especially with a more aggressive shoe but your feet soon get use to the fit. As most climbing shoes tend to stretch over time.
